For family, carers and professionals

Know things are OK, without checking every day

The Support Circle lets family, friends and professionals help someone manage their money, while they stay in charge.

What is a Support Circle?

A Support Circle is a group of people the account holder trusts. It could be a parent, brother or sister, partner, friend, or a professional like a social worker. The account holder chooses who joins, and what each person can do.

Safe and secure from the start

Verified. We check each person’s identity and their relationship with the account holder.

Their own login. Supporters sign in separately. No shared passwords.

Chosen by the account holder. Nobody joins without being invited.

Choose the level of support

Level What the supporter can do
See View the account balance and transactions. They can’t move or spend money.
Get alerts Hear about larger payments and things that need attention, so they can check in.
Help with spending Have their own linked debit card, with an amount the account holder sets.

Everyone’s different, so each person in the circle can have a different level.

Why families choose the Touch Account

I want to know things are OK without constantly checking.
I need enough information to know when support might be needed.
I don’t want to take over their finances unnecessarily.

Today, many families help with texts, phone calls, shared passwords and spreadsheets. Touch replaces that with a safer, structured way to support someone, and alerts that tell you when it matters.

For professionals

Social workers, support workers and advocates

Social workers, support workers and advocates can join a Support Circle too. Touch gives the people you work with more independence, and gives you a clear, secure way to help when it’s needed.

Talk to them about Touch

The Touch Account belongs to the person you support, so they’ll need to apply. Share this page, or watch the video together.
